The first is the difficulty unlocking the batteries and pulling them out. That little press tab is so small that even the smallest adult fingers can't easily unlock it. I end up using my keys as I'm liable to bend back my fingernail in the process. That's why we developed the 3 battery pullers that are designed to first unlock it and then pull the battery out enough so you can grab it and pull it out the rest.
The next annoyance is common to all drone use. That's having to put things down on the ground and then do a juggling act between the drone, the controller and the battery pack to get anything done. Then once you take off there are the inevitable dust or grass clippings that coats anything on the ground. If you're super focused on your flight, then there's also the danger of accidentally stepping on your gear on the ground too!
You can simply leave your battery pack in its case for good as it provides great protection and you can monitor charging through the charging light window on the side.
